Why is this study being done?

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether a wearable ring can provide women with better information related to their reproductive health, including, but not limited to, tracking the different phases of the menstrual cycle with a focus on identifying patterns that might signal ovulation or the fertile window.

Arm 1: For those with regular, predictable menstrual cycles

You may be eligible to participate if
you are:

  • Between 18-42 years old
  • Healthy
  • Not taking hormone medications like birth control pills
  • You have regular, predictable menstrual cycles

Study activities include:

• Wearing an Oura Ring
• Surveys
• Ultrasounds
• Home urine tests

Study participants are eligible to keep the Gen 3 Oura Ring ($300 value) after participation in the study.

Arm 2: For those with PCOS or irregular menstrual cycles

You may be eligible to participate if
you are:

  • Between 18-42 years old
  • Healthy
  • Not taking hormone medications like birth control pills
  • You have irregular menstrual cycles or PCOS

Study activities include:

• Wearing an Oura Ring
• Surveys 
• Home urine hormone tests

Study participants are eligible to keep the Gen 3 Oura Ring ($300 value) after participation in the study.
